Help - Power issue to head unit

I'm installing an android unit using the Maestro CH3 harness. Plugging into the harness, I am not getting power to the head unit. Testing on battery at the unit harness attaching to the radio, I have power to the head unit (ground to ground/neg, ACC and Batt 12V to positive). I believe the issue is in the wiring on the CH3 harness. I have the unit ACC wire attached to CH3 ACC wire, and the unit 12V Battery wire attached to the CH3 12v+ wire. This seems correct, yet no power. Before I cut and resolder/connect the wires again, any thing I have missed?

After some battery testing and limited resoldering, it appears there is an issue within the wire harness. Another on order. The head unit looks sweet tho'. Can't wait to get it installed.
