My truck just had the front wheel bearing and hub go out breaking the spindle is there anyone who can tell me if I can use 4x4 wheel hub assembly on my RWD front end

Check the part numbers online and see if they are interchangeable. Would assume no as I did a quick search and it says not going to fit.
