OK Guys, Believe that I have a source for the GREEN DOOR CONNECTORS and pins to mount in the doors. He is gonna let me know when he can get some more but he had some in stock. I ordered enough for my four doors and they should be here next week. This way we can pin the doors instead of pulling the wires through. So if you guys want to give me idea on how many of you would want of them, I'm not placing an order yet, just getting an idea. I might have a better chance of getting him to order more for us if I can give him a number. Also have we figured out if the 2017 RF HUB will work yet? I have the 2016 one that was listed but if I can use my existing 17, I would much rather do that and sell the 2016.

I would be game for enough connectors pins for 4 doors as well. (I dont plan on using 4 door handles but figure extras are always better just in case)

A question - are these pins for both antenna *and* handle connections?

You’re showing you have a 2017 so you should have bought the 2017-2018 part number listed. I’m sure the 2016 hub will work, but if you have remote start, you’ll need the external remote start antenna to plug into that hub.

Yes I have remote start. The part number on my RF hub that is installed in my 2017 is 68319677AC. So if I re read that you are saying that number you listed 68319680 was a 2017-2018 number? However I found that same number months ago in a loaded early year model 2016 limited, probably close to 8 months ago at the used car dealer in Myrtle Beach. That's how long I have been buying parts for this! I took pictures then of everything I needed to buy and have been buying as I see a good deal. I just needed to figure out what I was doing about wiring. Then a few other truck projects took my time and money in another direction. Ok lets not lie, several other directions! lol! So we don't know if the 77AC will work?

I think any part that starts with 68319677 already has the remote start in it, so Jimmy's initial items to buy list applies.

The 16 and earlier hubs have a completely different part number.

I can’t find any reference of any 2016 using a 68319680AD hub. SOME early 2017 1500s used the old 2016 hubs that had the external remote start antenna. The 68319677AD hub that Came in your truck is not capable of passive entry because it doesn’t even have the provision on the left side for the C2 connector. If the hub you bought is 68319680AD, then you are good.

Perfect! I thought so that’s why I purchased the other one but then we started talking about the 17-18s all working and it got me wondering. I hadn’t physically looked at it yet. Just pulled the part # about mine up on Alpha last night.

Get a pair of small side cutters and trim off the excesss .
Do a couple practices first to get the right length of the crimping tabs

Thanks again for the help. Trimmed the tabs on the replacement pins and worked perfect. Now troubleshooting the passenger side handle which is not locking or unlocking and no errors codes like before. Otherwise everything is 100% complete!!!

Also make sure the fob is outside the truck when trying to use the door handle to lock and unlock etc

I should probably ask this before a bunch of unnecessary parts get ordered. Are we referring to the connector shells themselves for all four doors, or just the terminals for the the connectors for all four doors? Because first off, the connectors for the rear doors are different than the connectors for the front doors. They all use the same terminals, though. Secondly, the only missing connector on the truck is the front passenger door (both halves), the rest are already there.
