Range 43mi. You really shouldn't let your tank get that low. If there was some middle of the night emergency and you needed the truck you wouldn't get very far.

1/4 tank is lowest recommended fuel level.
Adequate fuel is needed to cool the in-tank fuel pump motor. It will fail from heat degraded insulation if you run low fuel a lot.
Gotta drop tank to replace. Not fun.
Plus low fuel will tend to plug screen with crap no longer floating around.

Congrats...that's always great to watch.

It used to be uniquely gratifying in the old days of 5-digit mechanical (barrel-type) odometers. Then you could watch all the numbers slowly line up, 99999.9... and the whole barrel ...all the numbers slowly roll over all at once back to 00000.0. It was a satisfying thing to watch!! "Yaaaay! She's back to zero again!"

Let's see...if it took ~8yrs to get to 100k, do you think you'll keep it long enough to see it hit 200k?

WTF? You guys drive around the world, or what?

2017 with 61,000 miles. Ride Harley in summer, though - use truck for trailer camping only then.
170k of that is me since Sept. of 2017.

52 miles round trip for work, plus running around, plus about 10 trips to NC and back, some jaunts to Orlando, and a few to the Keys, and there you have it.

Gonna keep her 'til the wheels fall off if I can. She's been a good one, for sure.

I once had a customer who owned a 1998 Toyota 4Runner. He stated "I'm going to keep it 'til the wheels fall off". Fast Forward to about 2012 or so... He is driving home from his work on one of Houston, Texas' most congested highways, U.S 290 in the northwest quadrant of the city. As he is doing about 50-ish he noticed the right front of the car went down, like it would with a blow or or flat, and things got noisy.

He stated that in an instant, his wheel/tire, steering knuckle from the right front flew on down a ways and landed a few yards out front of him as he came to a halt.

He had it towed in and the insurance paid to fix it. (The ball joints came apart, and resulted in "Mayhem")

So, I asked him (humorously) if this meant that he was going to get rid of the car! ;)

In a different part of my life I used to put about 25 to 30,000, miles a year on my vehicle, that's why I always had a winter beater up north so that I could spread the mileage out. But not getting those miles like some of the postings above, and in a way it's sad because it means I don't get to enjoy my truck as much as I used to. Now I'm going to have to go out for a drive today.
