LED dash lights flickering

Hello, I have a 2008 Dodge 2500 2wd diesel that I've had since new. I put some cheap ebay led blue instrument cluster bulbs in it several years ago and they have worked fine. I had to replace two of them yesterday and now they flicker when you turn them on, then just go off and never come back on until you turn the switch off and back on. Does anyone know if there's any led bulbs available that will just work with no problems? I don't know how these same exact bulbs have worked before for years but now won't. Thanks.

Update: I replaced all of them with a different brand LED and now they work but only when you turn the dimmer down a little, they still flicker when on the highest setting but are fine when you turn them down. I can live with this since they look very good. I'm thinking the Canbus system, whatever that is, is getting weaker and more picky.
