i'm always amazed at the things people say on the forums, and don't really every seem to know the actual answer.
An OEM Mopar warranty can not, and will not be voided for a lift kit. It doesnt' matter how big your tires, it doesn't matter how big the lift, it simply won't. It's against the law. They have to prove that your lift caused whatever the issue was. I.E if you lose a bearing, they might say it's due to the lift. howver, if one of your lifters goes out, they can't, and won't say it's due to the lift.
I have a 6" lift, with 35's, and just had a new transfer case, transmission, and engine put in my truck, not only was it put in, but I have in writing that I still have my warranty because I used all OEM parts. It doesn't matter what the service contract says, and it doesn't matter what the service guy says. They will warranty your truck. Period.
6" lift and 35"? Small tire for the huge lift.
So you've had your entire drive train replaced? WTF?
