MDS question

This is the first Ram I've owned and in all my research on mods I plan on doing MDS keeps coming up and I've tried to research what MDS is and can't come up with anything. So I'm going to ask a stupid question what is the MDS? Thanks

Thanks for the info interesting reed. I know I've read that the only way to shut it off is with a tuner I'm curious has anyone tried to see if dealer can shut MDS off? Thanks

You don't need a tuner to shut down the MDS you could do it manually.

No problem. Also, if you use manual shift with the +/- it will lock it out as well.
