Alright, so for starters I'm an idiot that enjoys voiding warrantees I guess.

Options are-
Nitrous express' kit or nitrous outlet's kit.

I'm going to do a single stage 150 shot at WOT.
I also plan on getting a strictly nitrous tune for my truck.

Couple questions first.
Spark plugs-
Denso 3381's is the ones I've seen being used.
Are those going to be alright?
And am I going to replace all 16 plugs with those?

Nitrous tank mounting-
I want to put it inside the cab.
I've seen some sweet pics of exploded tanks, and I know it can be avoided by some blow down tube? I think it's called?

Were you looking at the Nitrous Outlet plate kit? That's always my recommendation as you're not drilling into your intake tube and you can't get any nitrous or fuel onto the throttle plate, but the regular nozzles work just fine as well.

Denso 3381s are just fine for nitrous, same ones I'm running in my blown and bottle fed truck. You replace all 16 plugs and need to gap them to .030, some people do .035.

I ALWAYS recommend mounting the bottle in the bed, a remote bottle opener can be used if you desire to use it as required on the street, assuming you have the nitrous tune loaded in. If you do mount it in the cab, just remember to mount it so the pick up tube is pointed to the rear of the cab and as low as possible in the bottle so it will still pick up liquid under acceleration. Run a bottle heater as well. A blowdown tube is an absolute must if you mount it in the cab; just mount the bottle then bend the tube as required to vent it through a hole you need to drill in the floor.

Let me know how it goes... I've been battling this idea since I got my tuner... I had a 200 shot on my 07 single cab Chevy with a 4.8... Man did I love it!!!.. I'm just too much of a ***** to spray my 45k truck...

Yes going with a wet kit.
And yes I'm going with the hemi plate system.

Main reasons why I don't want to put the bottle in my bed is, I'm going to get a 15lb bottle, and I don't have a bed cover to keep the bottle out of site. To many pile of **** people on my town that would love to either sabotage something or steal my tank.
So IL just stick it in my cab. And that keeps it looking extra sleeperish haha

Just put a Hobbs pressure switch on the ground side of the heater. That way it kills power to the heater when the pressure gets to high.

Nitrous Outlet Bottle Adjustable Pressure Switch (750-1200 psi) - Bottle Heater & Accessories - Nitrous Accessories

The pressure switch and rupture disks are critical to a safe NOS installation...Nitrous bottles fail catastrophically when they are over pressured by the use of bottle warmers...people forget to shut the bottle warmers off, and overpressure occurs...for the record, Nitrous Oxide (NOS) is not by itself flammable...NOS simply allows a motor to burn more fuel by adding more oxygen to the combustion chambers...

NOS bottles can also be warmed with: a heat gun/hair dryer, the temperature inside whatever compartment the bottle resides (the truck bed is going to be waaay hotter than an air conditioned crew cab), the sun...

Also, the criteria in which your NOS is engaged should also include RPM...for example the NOS is engaged at WOT...AND...between 3,000 rpms and a couple of hundred rpms below your motor's redline...

Mine was tuned to 11.5, 9s would foul plugs very quickly.

Would a bottle in the bed be a bad idea in Texas? And there is no way I'm getting a bed cover. I could build a box around a bottle tho

Granted you would need a custom tune for the nitrous (damn you HP and being slow), but if you had that and just a stock block with bolt ons such as what I have... what would be the biggest SAFE shot you could run on the hemi motors?

100-150 easily if you run the correct plugs and pull sufficient timing. Higher does require more work to do properly

So its decided, I'm juicing!!!! Haha.. First off, what's needed?
I'm going with a nitrous outlet plate kit.
I know I need plugs.. Which ones are recommended?
Charonblack, who did your tuning and what do I need to be aware of?
I'm getting a window switch.. Planning on setting around 3k-5600 or 5700.. I'm not sure what my shifts are set at..
Any other pointers??

Denso 3381 plugs, dirt cheap from rock auto. The nitrous tune on my old truck was done by Johan, the new truck is getting it done on the dyno so we can really dial it in. General rule of thumb is pull 2* timing for every 75hp.
