Interestingly enough, I was actually thinking about choosing that very one. The FE is not available through my local Amazon store, but XG10060 is available and is actually for a decent price in comparison to the oem Mopar ones.
yea ive run the xg2 on my 21 since new and the xg16 i believe on my 06 hemi for years and years never disappointed! and i cut open every filter or every second filter off my truck for inspection

Has anyone run the Fram Extra Guard PH10060 on their truck?
By comparison, I'm guessing the XG10060 is more better.

Mobil 1-113A vs Fram XG10060

In terms of price, Fram seems good. But what about performance?

If I'm using Mobil 1 FS 0w40, then I guess the Mobil filter would pair well...

The new Mobil 113A's are quite nice. They remind me of Pentius or Prime Guard.

So no more Korean made Mobil filters? Aww.. I like Koreans.

Well, TBH, after seeing the videos I posted, I was thinking of going with Fram over Mobil anyways.
They could still be made there. Filter manufacturing is strange but in february highline warren signed a deal to be the distributor of mobil 1 filters

That's OK.. However in terms of price over here on my Amazon, the FRAM is cheaper than the Mobil and based on the videos better in terms of the 20 microns filtration over 30 microns from the Mobil.

I haven't kept up with this thread lately. I read the past several pages. Has there been any discussion of the Royal Purple and Fram Endurance filters being identical?
Seems the Fram Titanium at Advance is basically the Ultra of a few years ago.
Here's a new comparison between the Amsoil and the Fram Endurance filters showing they are the same.

The XG2 fits on my Hemi but it's a little tight. I just can't see running that tiny filter it comes with on a decent sized V8 engine.

Depending on what it's rubbing on (mine is a coolant hose), you can use a mid-size too. Lots of posts on this.

I am still able to find Fram Endurance 10575 at my local Wallys. I inspect them for closed holes in the barrel, which I do still see on occasion.

For the last 3 oil changes I have been using the FE filter and Oreillys branded 0w-40 Syntec in the blue jug. I have been happy with both. I really wanted to send a sample off, but as usual I wait until the last minute and need to do the change before I could get a kit.

Just made the switch back to Mobil 1 0w-40. It is about $10 less per 5 quarts, and I can grab it while im at WM getting a filter.

Then the FE2 will fit as well.

Note:

When you grab one off the shelf, check the box to make sure the correct filter is in there. TWICE I've grabbed an FE2 off the shelf at 2 different WalMart's and discovered someone had put a PH2 in the FE2 box.

Are you using 0W40 in reflection of what GM is doing in the 6.2L LS engine debacle? You know, what's good for the goose is good for the gander?

He has a 6.4,and they call for 0W-40,but i know the wifes 6.4 Challenger was happier on 5W-30 Redline, then it was on dealer supplied 0W-40 PUP with a bottle of LubeGard
