Oil temp

What is the normal operating temp of the oil supposed to be? Mine used to hover around 200. Today on my drive home from work it spiked up to 220 and never got below 210. Outside temp is in the low 60's. Never seen this happen before.

Get a 180* tstat and it will run cooler as the engine runs cooler

Should be 10-15* hotter than the coolant temp from what I read on the Mopar forums
