So I have a 2021 Big Horn with 500 miles on it. It's in the shop for the second time with the "Crank No start" issue. The first time it was in they thought it was the coolant temp sensor. As of today that's not accurate because it happened again. I'm hoping that this community will share some experience. Those who have had this issue, can you please post what the final solution was. I'd love to give my dealer some ideas. They have been chatting with Ram engineering and are baffled but they are going to replace some wiring harness connection kit or something this time around. Please share your experience.
Thank you

It is a good sign they’re working with Ram engineering as they must have opened a STAR case. They will get it fixed. I’d be worried if they were still trying to play “House MD” on your truck by themselves but with RAM engineering involved my experience has been it will be fixed sooner rather than later. Have them give you a loaner, relax and trust in the guys who engineer the technological marvels.

Also, I recommend contacting Ram Customer Care on this forum as they will help assign an advocate at corporate to help you through this and keep you informed. A bonus for being a member of this forum.

The difference is I was simply saying I wasn't happy about the situation in the other post and in this post in specifically asking for help from people who have experienced the issue. If you have nothing to add how about just keep scrolling and leave it alone?

Wow. I was asking because most forums discourage posting the the same thing in multiple places. An attitude like the above usually doesn't go over well when asking for help. To each his own I suppose.

My apologies for the attitude, I guess I took your question as an attempt to discourage help from those who have experienced this issue. Apparently I'm more annoyed at my new truck being sidelined than I thought. Truly sorry.
