power steering failure on eco diesel 2015 110k miles. been at the dealer for 6 weeks and still no parts available to repair. i contacted ram and was

i was given a claim number but am told there is still no eta for the needed parts. any suggestions

If the rack isn't under warranty, try an independent repair shop. They're usually more motivated to get you vehicle fixed.
You may have to go with a remanufactured steering rack, something the dealership may not be able to use.
