none came with electric fans from the factory. i doubt you will see a mpg increase. i know i never did. i think i noticed a slight power increase while running quieter but a drop in fuel mileage.

On my 1999 5.2 Dakota, removing the clutch fan and going just electric gave me a solid 2 mpg across the board - city and highway.

On my 2001 5.9 dakota, which came with an electric and clutch fans, removing the clutch fan gave me a solid 1-1.5 mpg gain across the board.

On my 2016 5.7 Ram, there is no gain with removing the clutch fan - mpg or low rpm power - possible slight gain at high rpms with the clutch fan removed, but I don't rev there so I can't confirm.
