Googled the "DJ VECI LABEL" message and it went back to previous recalls with the same code. Looks like it just involves putting a different "Vehicle Emission Control Information" label over the existing incorrect one.

Nah this one is the front t strap of the gas tanks failing... put ur vin in the mopar site and it says it.
