I'm taking my 2015 Power Wagon to dealer for all the recalls to be done. I have read somewhere to leave my unlocked PCM in the truck. I have long tube headers and a custom tune from Moe's. What is the consensus from anyone else with similar set up, or experience on this subject.

I would not leave that in the vehicle. I believe a PCM flash is part of the recalls. If you have your stock PCM I'd swap it in.

I would tend to agree with this.....when they plug in and see that the pcm is tuned they will most likely flash it back to stock if the recall doesn't do that automatically

I'm getting ready to do the same and have an hemifever tune as well with an unlocked pcm. I emailed hemifever about it and he told me to flash the stock tune back in before. I asked if I could just swap the stock pcm back in and he said that is an option too. In my mind swapping the pcm would have the chance of less problems. So that's what I plan to do.

Thanks for the input/feedback. I plan on putting my stock PCM back in for the recalls. I hate having to let anyone mess with my truck, I love my setup and don't want to change anything. Outside of the mandated recalls I wouldn't be taking it to the dealer. I'm also having issues with my key less entry remote/starter making my doors unlock and lock when I get near the passenger door with my FOB. I'm hoping this is just a software issue that can be solved with a flash.
