I ordered it last night but it transferred it to USD when I used paypal. Spoke with them today and received a refund. I was told to use the checkout and I just reordered it an hour ago..

Free shipping, no brokerage, no taxes and best part- from the day it was ordered to the day I installed it- 8 days
I know it helps to be 45mins from the border....

Got mine from them, no issue. It ship directly from the Canadian S&B warehouse.

Confirmation email will show in USD, but if you specified CAD at checkout that's what you will be charge.

Yeah that was me...let us know how you make out...supposed to be 2 day delivery by Purolator in Canada. For the heck of it, check the status of your order, I'm curious to see if it is still has " ...Order Unfulfilled Status..."

I wouldn't have cared if it took a month for the DOD24M I ordered to arrive...just answer the phone or reply to my emails asking for an update.

I ordered the S&B Intake Nov 27 on a black friday special. On Dec 2nd I used the online chat tool to see when they thought it would ship. Within minutes I had a tracking #. They shipped it UPS on Dec 1 received it Dec 3. It was shipped from the warehouse in BC to me in Alberta. The entire time the order said "awaiting fulfillment". A few hours after I got it, my order status was changed to shipped. The order status is delayed by a few days I guess?? Overall a great experience with hottexhaust.

Great, glad it all worked out. If they would have just answered their Email or their phone I probably would have let my order stand, but after going over a week with no contact or feedback, I chose to go through PayPal to get my money back.

I see they refunded me my money as well for the first order. The parcel was out for delivery but I was working today. Seems like they can be a little hit or miss with their operations..

I would definitely order from them again with my experience with them. But I can see why some would be a little weary of it..
