I use Supertec synthetic 0w-20 with a high quality filter and change oil at about 70 percent of the life being used on the computer. The 0W on the bottom does way more than one would think for flow at cold weather starting. I think that causes the oil to thin out a bit earlier, hence changing it at 70 percent used, vice 100 percent.
Your sig says you've got a 6.4 Hemi. Why would you use 0W20 in a 6.4? Even the recommended 0W40 is too thin in my opinion.

My Longhorn is a few months old... 800 miles but when the time comes it's getting watz in the manual SAE 5W-20 FCA Material Standard MS-6395 such as Mopar. Pennzoil or Shell Helix. Specs are on oil filler cap guys. Oil filters such as Mopar must meet or exceed SAE/USCAR-36 performance requirements.
