Funny you attack me for saying Amsoil is a Dodgy product, let's see first they were group 4 now they are group 3, then they were high zinc and now they are low zinc, then they were high calcium and now they are low calcium, then they were high viscosity and now they are low viscosity, and the moly levels have been all over the board. Like I said Dodgy formula and cult like followers want to burn down the world for anyone pointing out the truth about it. pathetic and incredibly SIMPLE

I don't recall throwing "a stink" at all. I added each company's published numbers for others to discern instead of bashing one over the other, as you always do. It's not my fault that you have issues with discerning numbers and facts. The youtube filter test you speak of does nothing to show one is better than the other either. Filters are different for each application and those aren't even for the Ram. You just have an incessant desire to create drama. Nick carries both, great! That's a win-win as far as I'm concerned. I'm sure his prices are great, but what is "official" about them being the lowest, as you say? Nothing. Still throwing fictitious nonsense out there and stabbing your approval flag in the steaming pile of dog ****. One would think you'd have learned that doesn't work by now.

Apologize to Nick and go play with your forum wives, your SIMPLE brand loyalty has you blind and everyone sees it.

What is pathetic is that after all the time you've spent bull****ting, nothing has changed. Run along and find another outlet for your gerrymandering.

WRONG! LMAO, a lot has changed, since the beginning of the other thread when Asmoil was one of my top 3 oils, they changed to be one of the lowest protection oils made. There is literally nothing that stands out in that product that is way over priced for a product that walmart syntec with it's new moly level shines above low protection low viscosity Amsoil SS. Literally Walmart Syntec looks like old Amsoil on the stat sheet with high calcium and good zinc near 900.

Meanwhile for some odd reason Amsoil's top of the line looks like the bottom of the line within their brands. Lower operating viscosity then both of their other main lineup including that dog of a product OE. I can't believe anyone would still use that product at that price when all they have done is take away quality, and oils like syntec have improved at 11 cents per ounce. Syntec > SS.

So a lot has changed, Valvoline 5w30 has taken Amsoil's spot with new moly level and crazy high hths, Amsoil has fallen to the bottom with over priced low protection oil. Just because they charge a boutique price doesn't mean it is boutique quality. Try paying attention to what is going on, things change and sorry to say but the old kicking dog valvoline blows SS out of the water in 5w30, it isn't even close, oh man and I'm serious. How could Amsoil let that happen? ss hths 3.1 and valvoline hths 3.5, are you serious? Valvoline is rocking redine type numbers. Likely a great choice for hemi tick, whereas well we seen what Amsoil is doing.

Other oil companies are killing it, and Amsoil is literally bottom shelf in nearly every category and still popular with the fan boy cult.

That is what many of the other companies have done, make their top of the line "super oils". You see Pennzoil with PUP GtL with high detergents, Valvoline with euro formulas that are super high quality for engines like the hemi, m1 with their incredible offerings above their m1 lineup, Royal Purple with their HPS, and I could go on forever.

Then we have Amsoil, lol. I mean common man, when their top of the line has taken away everything that makes it top of the line, why would you pay the most for that? Everyone else offers options for people like us who wants hearty oils, Amsoil SS makes everyone eat dog **** to make a sparce oil for di turbo's. I really am stumped, as an oil guy I am seriously disappointed, who is running **** over there? This story is writing itself.

I've used Redline 5W-20, Amsoil SS 5W-20 & 5W30, and mobil 1 annual protection 5W20. The great oil debate will NEVER end or be won, so I'm sure we can all agree is we want the best protection for these engines. It's not a question of getting lots of miles out of these engines (Hemi 5.7) but getting the miles and having outstanding compression still and as much HP and torque as it did as day 1.
