I’m hoping someone can tell me what thread size I’m looking for. These are the two T20 Torx-head screws that hold the top of the radio trim on and they’re hiding under the little rubber mat. Are these M4? I’ve gotta find longer ones so I can screw a cover plate over this pocket and mount a radio to it. So, if anyone can help an old guy out??

They just screw into metal unthreaded clips so any similar size should do...

So, guess I’ll yank one out and compare?
If you go to Lowes or home Depot, they have a thread gauge you can screw your OEM one into to verify the thread you replace it with is correct. It usually is mounted just above all of the fastener bins...

I used #8 x 2” sheet rock screws temporarily to hold a phone holder that I 3D printed.

I used those screws to mount the head unit of my icom radio. I had to get longer screws but found them in an auto parts store with the correct thread. They were on one of those racks that have all the trim repair parts.
