Tail wind MPGs

So windy in Vegas. This was on a level road with a tail wind:

Same wind but on a downhill slope, cruise set at 71 @ 1500 RPMs:

I'm averaging 20.8 right now over the last 1600 miles...On a calm day with a flat road, the MDS help me get about 25-26. There's not that many truly flat spots around here though, everything is usually a little up or downhill.
