Uconnect 8.4 & 8.4an update - 17.11.07

I've done that in the past and lost my navigation etc? Had to take back to dealer in order to get it reactivated? Is that normal, or a concern?

I'm not sure if that's normal or not. You can have the dealer perform the reset if you'd like.

After the update my backup camera is too bright at night... however just fine during the day. I tried doing a reset but it didn't help. Are there any settings to adjust the camera brightness?

Same but that didn’t work got me either! It said it downloaded an old update, makes no sense

Update on my washed out camera issue. I performed the factory reset. I did it through the settings menu. I did not hold the cold and hot temperature controls to go into the tech menus. This has resolved my washed out reverse camera. Thanks for the help.

I have a canadian truck with a U.S. radio, so there is no way it will download it on the sprint network since we don't have this network here and also don't have the network air card in my truck

Hey do you get the cellular services with your truck in Canada with that radio?

Can someone host a copy of:
UCONNECT_8.4A_RA3_17.11.07_MY13

I have a RA3 radio and need this update to get to 17.43.01.
RA3 and MY13 designations are important.

I have a copy of
UCONNECT_8.4A_RA4_17.11.07_MY13
and I get an error of "Stick is VP4, system is VP3 not compatible."

The Uconnect website keeps giving me the RA4 17.43.01 MY13 version and this does not work with RA3 radios.

I just found this post on a Jeep thread.

Use the below VINs on the UCONNECT website to get the correct downloads.

- Early 2014 builds WITHOUT NAV use vin 1C6RR7LT5DS546368 on the uconnect site.

- Early 2014 builds WITH NAV us vin 1C6RR7NT9DS723288 on the uconnect site.

I am currently using the top VIN WITHOUT NAV and after 4-5 "Error with VIN Number" messages (I kept trying over and over) it directed me to download
UCONNECT_8.4A_RA3_17.43.01_MY13_NAFTA

I also received a link to download
UCONNECT_8.4A_RA3_17.11.07_MY13

I will download this, install, then install 17.43.01.

Well, finished. Will poke around, but first thing I notice is the previously missing contact caller ID is back! It now displays the name of my contact when they call.

Correct, but it's the most comprehensive thread on any of the versions.

If it's not already been asked and answered there it will be the place to ask the question and get an answer... I checked myself and I only have versions older than what you need.

Edit: it's RA3 as well, the title changed after creation. Go to the link provided and you'll see the first post includes RA3.
