this morning after a hard day and night of rain I discovered that my headliner by the drivers side C pillar was wet. I pulled the panels off and peeled back the headliner and water tested the area for an hour and I cannot find a source of the water. I’m beyond frustrated because I had just decided to buy out my lease in a few months and now I’m having second thoughts.

I had that happen on my passenger side at the same spot. I tore the c-pillar and roof panel apart looking for the leak and found nothing. It also never happened again. Im wondering if it has something to do with the rear glass or the 3rd brake light.

I have had my 3rd brake light leak. I took it off and used clear silicone to seal it. Hasn't leaked since.

To the OP, have you re-gasketed or replaced the 3rd brake light? That is the classic sign of 3rd brake light water leakage and the most common water leak source on Rams.

Is your XM antenna right above it?

That was my first thought but after water testing the antenna, 3rd brake light, window and gutter trim I found nothing.

It’s supposed to rain all week so I will be watching it and if it comes back I’ll check the 3rd brake light again and move on from there.

Replaced mine almost 2 years ago

I also ran a bead of clear silicone around my Sat antenna but that leaked out my front grab handle
