Seems like this started recently. I can't tell if its something that is normal or not, but it seems like a LOT of water. And it just pours out. Most noticeably when idling..

See pic. Any thoughts? Or is this normal? I have 3K left of my warranty, need to get repaired if its an issue.

Turn your A/C and defrost off and you'll see a difference.

So is it just a product of the humidity? Because i know it hasn't been pouring out like it is now.. but if its just condensation, then no worries.

It's condensation from your a/c. You'll notice it increasing and decreasing in relation to the humidity. In Atlanta, expect it to pour most of the time.

Your A/C condenser is right on the firewall and it will have a nice amount of condensation on it, especially if you're in a humid area. That condensation drips off and onto the frame and everything else in the area until it hits the ground. Unless it's a different color you're fine, if it's a different color it's a different fluid.

I've noticed it happens whether or not I'm actually running the AC. I would suspect that the compressor is always running if the engine is on. As humid as it's been here lately this morning when I went in to check fluids while gassing up I noticed the AC lines were all wet with condensation already- I hadn't actually turned on the climate system at all yet.

Yup it is water off the evaporator, the condenser is next to the radiator. It will normally drain to the outside, if it doesn't the water will back up in your system. leak inside and probably freeze your evaporator with ice. Kind of like the old refrigerators before auto defrost.

If you have the dual zone system you AC is on all the time unless you turn it off. On the standard system it is on with defrost and when manually turned on for the other settings
