Weird valve spring needs id

Hey guys. I have my heads at the machine shop 53020801. The guy lost a valve spring and they aren't the typical beehive shape. They're straight all the way up. We can't find this spring or a part number to replace it. My truck is a 2002 ram 1500 4.7 but The heads must have been replaced at sometime... they have yellow junk yard writing on them. Does anyone have an ID or part number on these springs? Thanks

Thanks for looking that up, but my valve springs are not conical like those that are listed. And, I'm not sure that my heads are from 2002, because they appear to have been replaced.

The head number you gave is for a 2002.

I did not know that. I think I'll just replace all the springs. They are known to break.
