Window seal

So I have noticed when shutting my drivers side door it sounded different. I took off the panel and checked all bolts and even the window to make sure everything was ok and it was. I then noticed when shutting the door that the seal (that is on the inside and outside of window opening) moved loosely when I closed the door. So I lightly held that against door when shutting and what do you know, sounds normal now. I then started looking more into it and can see that the seal pulls away very easily from the door. Do I need a new seal or should I put something inside it to lock it in better?

I haven't had that problem. But I would imagine a new seal would fix the problem.

No where to get one? Every time I google I come up with weatherstripping stuff which is not what I need.
