hey folks...I have a 2018 sport fully loaded with 27000 km on it now...Im the first owner of the truck...sometimes I feels a minimal vibration on the break pedal and minimal noise...but its not all the times and there is no break light on in the dash so far...would be the time to replace the pads? last service at dodge dealer I just replaced the oil/filters and the pads were fine...I was about 3 or 4 months ago...less than 30k km on the oem pads doesnt seem much to ask for a replace already....do u guys know if the truck will turn on the warning light just for the pad replacement?

Rotors might be warped, mine were, that's what was causing my vibration. Since I put the power stops on it's gone. Pads still had some life, but rotors were warped.

I highly doubt pads are worn unless you drive like the dukes of hazard all the time.
Most people get well over 100k on their factory set. Likely warped rotors and I’d say get the power stop set.

Hi @Fritzzz - If you decide to address this with your dealer, I recommend reaching out to Canadian Customer Care to have it documented. You can find their contact information by visiting https://www.fcagroup.com/en-US/footer/Pages/contacts.aspx and scrolling to the 'Canada' tab.

Yea the rotors were warped, that's why I just went ahead and got the 4 wheel kit.
If you want to get real **** about it, when putting new rotors on you should check runout. You would need to get a runout gauge 17 bucks at harbor freight.
https://www.harborfreight.com/1-in-travel-machinists-dial-indicator-63521.html
You'll need the mount too that has a magnetic base. You need to mount the rotor and snug up with a couple nuts. Put the gauge needle on the rotor face and spin the rotor and record the min & max difference. Then take rotor off and mount again 1 lug right and redo this until you've rotated it for all lugs. The max runout should be 0.004 in. They make shims to correct excessive runout. Excessive runout will cause premature rotor warping. Also you should wire brush the hub where the rotor mounts so you're not increasing runout by mounting on rust.

I just got my set of Z36 today. Can't wait to get them on, my current Wagner OEXs are pretty worn after after 36k and 10k of that towing my camper. Plus my rotors always rust bad since my truck sits all week.

Just from looking at the rotors and pads they look like great upgrade[emoji106]ff52dd6f7dd51684aec6eb22615e4e09.jpg7292efd6dca98d11492311d309aa88d8.jpg99254a8af32e0a42778e333b4b70f46c.jpg
