Why do you ask?

Dealer reset the code said plug and injector seemed fine. Keeping an eye out for it to return or not

Which Valvoline? Conventional, blend, or full syn? Is there any valve train noise or "ticking" sound? The reason I ask is because there have been a lot of cam/lifter issues with these engines that seem to correlate to oil/filters used. It seems most are having issues while using oils with low Moly and/or Zinc content. One thing they all have in common is that a misfire code starts the ball rolling and some fail fairly quickly after getting the code.

15000 miles is kind of early for a lifter failure, but not impossible. I would check the coil by swapping it with another cylinder and see if the misfire follows.

Also this engine has no tic. My 2015 Sport sounded like it had a sewing machine unund the hood

Why bother, if it's a real problem it will come up again way before the powertrain watranty expires.

.

Moving coils around is an easy way to rule out or rule in a simple problem.

So the truck threw the code one more time over the last 1.5 years. The dealer could not find anything wrong. It never really seemed to matter, the truck ran fine - accelerated, idle, etc... Well last week around town it threw the code again and it was running rough like a "slipping transmission", I took it to the dealer and low and behold it was the coil pack. Replaced under warranty.

The million dollar question is, why is it always #4 on these engines?
