So I have the air bag light on because I swapped the seats from a 2017 base (cloth seats) to 2018 power ram seats from a single cab and for some reason they don’t have a weight sensor or seat belt sensor in the new seats so now the air bag light is on. Dealer said some rams don't come with the weight sensor and seat belt sensor..

Anything I can do?

I just got a 2015 6.7. it has 35s on it. The transmission shifts into 6th cruising st 45. When it does it, it feel like its lugging. I can button shift it back to 5th and its great. Highway is great. Can Alphaobd adjust the shift points?

Question. When I use the remote to unlock after remote start it unlocks all doors AFTER I open drivers door not before. If I don't remote start, it doesn't. It only unlocks drivers door. I assume its in Alpha settings? Can you put me in the right direction so it only unlocks drivers door after I open the drivers door?

UPDATE: Fixed.
In the body computer under the change car figuration
Change to not enable.

That should be in the radio, under settings/ doors.

You can tell it which doors to unlock, when you use the fob, or the door sense.

AFAIK in motion navigation is not possible through alfaobd... Not sure if there are other ways to do it.

Yeah but they wanted to remove the issue permanently.

I agree its kinda annoying, especially if there is a passenger in the vehicle that COULD enter something into the nav or watch a movie while driving.

But Im used to it by now (my 2011 car has the same thing, so its not "new" to me)

The option is in AlfaOBD to disabled NAV lockout and I think its one of the ones that sticks too. I just don't know if it actually works...

It "sticks", but has no effect. They changed the software in the radio to ignore that BCM option years ago.

The WIN module has nothing to do with the parking sensors, so resetting that won’t do anything.
You would connect to the parktronics module (function=parking > control unit=parktronics module MY2010-2012).
There’s no calibration procedure for the sensors, but you can see what faults are stored, and run the wiring test under active diagnostics to see which ones fail.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. The wiring test just shows completed with no error. I drive it and all 4 sensors populate this fault. Sensors 8,9,10 & 11.

I can reset the faults, but the come right back. I am at the point I just want to disable them and turn off the switch on the dash.

Key on the ignition but do not start, then press the gas pedal all the way down to the floor, turn the truck off and relax your gas pedal foot while waiting for a min. Start the truck like normal.

Did you follow nthe instructions in the first post of this thread on what all needs to be set for DRLs? That will give the option to turn the DRLs On/Off from the radio, check that setting.
Just as a refresher, DRLs only work in gear, if the main headlights are not on and the parking brake is not set.

So I upgraded to the 7in evic. I got my mileage to work on it be can't for the life of me get the idle and motor hours to change. Anyone have issues. I already did global down and set enabled fogs on with High beams. Any ideas?

Try with the key in different positions but not with the engine running.

No. You need a tuner to do that.

Just wanted to thank all you geniuses here who made me look like a genius lol! Added remote start to my buddy's newly acquired 2014 Ram 2500 ST and programmed a new key for it. Even though I knew it could be done, we are both still amazed! Thanks guys for making this all possible. Going to add remote start to a coworkers truck this week. Has a yone done remote start for other Dodge family vehicles like Jeep? Are the procedures the same? Also is there a way to add remote start to manual trans vehicles? Does the ECM recognize if it's in gear and not allow remote start if it is?

We installed the m2mods bypass, I was able to successfully add global down, foglight dropout and all of the remote start features. Both the foglight dropout and global down worked instantly so this leads me to believe that the security bypass is working.

For whatever reason every time I tried to reset the RFH I would get an incorrect PIN error. I have the printout with the VIN# and both the rolling code and the pin number from a dealer.

Is there a chance they messed up the PIN? Or something wrong with the app?

I connected to the RFH by RAM 1500 (DS/DX/DT) > RADIO FREQUENCY HUB (RFH) > MY2013-20 PowerNet I then tried to complete the RF-HUB Reset/Replace procedure. is this correct?

I could be wrong but 19 or 20 I thought rolled the pin every 24 hrs.

I did it less than 24 hours after he got the pin. The dealer did tell him that but I thought that was BS.
