First of all I made a mistake and I apologize. The wires I ran to hook to my CAN system were pins #5 and #6. Pins# 2 and #13 are the memory select pins that I ran into the door module. In any case it's hard to tell for sure in the picture you sent but it doesn't appear that you have the correct wiring. Pin#14 is the black wire in your picture. Pin #7 is directly below it and is the Pnk/YL wire. The two slots next to it are the #6 and #5 pin which connect your memory module to your CAN system and they appear to be unpopulated which would tell me your memory seat module is not connected. I also noticed that pins# 2 which is next to the solid red wire and #13 which is next to the black wire are both unpopulated which is your memory select switch feed and return. You should double check pin#5 and #6 to make sure I am right but if I am correct that is your problem. I was telling Ghost_Ram that havent seen a truck that had the factory heated seat wiring that didn't have the memory wiring included but I think I figured out what may be going on. We know that almost all regular cab trucks come with the same wiring because the build so few of them. That being said the highest trim level Regular Cab truck you can get which it the R/T does not have memory seats. That being said I am thinking NO regular can trucks are going to have the memory seat wiring. The reason all of the Crew Cab trucks with heated seats have the memory seat wiring is because it's an option in those trucks. Definitely check pins #5 #6 #2 and #13 in your yellow seat plug to verify but I think that's what is going on.
