Well I was told in a previous post not to turn on the feature low beam led , and just use the high intensity discharge .
However I tried turning led low beam on and it just flickers like crazy .
Earlier with low beam led off and hid on they were working fine for a little while then it stopped again

Yes hid is set to yes I checked twice to make sure .

Gotcha. It's probably just those hid's. No idea what brand they are. I'd get the Innovited 35w hid's. About $45 on Amazon. They'll fit inside the housing and work with are truck's

Yes. I actually have that kit for sale right now. I'm retrofitting my alpharex projectors right now and can't use them anymore.

I installed the 55W Innovited HIDs tonight and they work great so far. Every time I turn on the high beams the sun comes up and you hear the opening song to the Lion King.

Did you install them with relays or just use the factory wiring for the 55w kit?

I’ll be trying to reverse the neg and positive this morning to the failing bulb to see if that helps ,
Everything I read says it’s most likely a power issue where it’s not being supplied enough power for both hid’s .
I’ll try a slightly higher fuse if reversing the wires doesn’t work .
I did order the other recommended hid’s in case .

A larger fuse will only help if the one your using now is blowing. Small wire size and bad connections are the usual factors in voltage drop.

Probably just not a good quality kit which is probably why they don’t have it on amazon anymore .
Should of bought from different company there support has been horrid as well .

Ok I found the issue , in tracing the wiring found a black wire that was pulled down in the connector housing just enough to not get a good connection
Pushed tight and taped ends . Flickered first a minute when started truck but seems to have stabilized . Hopefully will last but have the other hid coming as a backup . Thanks for all the help

He's talking about the hid kit that you can get with the headlights through ebay/Amazon.
