upgraded 2013 ram 1500 to 7'' evic from 2014. followed big daddys house instructions. Got miles to work cant change engine or idle times. after reboot pannel flickers alfaobd says complete no changes. Using android Pixel 3xl alfaobd 2.1.9.2 with obdlink mx+. Any help is appreciated and thanks in advance.

Tried it today and bam worked. Not sure why it worked today and not other days.... Followed daddy house instructions.

I have a RA2 radio...is there any way to use alfaobd to program the back up camera view to a full screen view. It does not use the full screen. I have issues trying to line up my hitch to my camper

It should show the backup camera in the full 5" screen or the rearview mirror. Can you possibly post a picture of what you're talking about?

I haven't seen this before. My neighbor has a 19 Warlock Classic with the RA2. I actually drove it the other day and I didn't notice any lines on the sides of the screen. I will look at his again and see if maybe I just missed it but I'm pretty sure I would have noticed if it did. My 14 originally came with the RA2 and it definitely showed the backup camera in the full screen. I'm not sure if it's possibly a firmware glitch or camera issue on the newer RA2 radios or if that's just the way they are now. Unfortunately if you took it to the dealer they will tell you it's normal even if it isn't. I have never seen an option to change the the screen size with the Alfa tool and I don't remember seeing and option in the radio settings when I had the RA2.

My 2014 RA2 definitely didn't have that. I will check my neighbors again just to make sure. I guess I might not have noticed if his did it. That definitely sucks since the screen is only 5" to start with.

If you go on autotrader and search 2019-2020 ram classics, every single backup camera image I see for the RA2 radios looks like that.

I'm guessing they use the same camera with the 8.4 and to me that screen looks like 4:3 aspect ratio whereas the RA2 looks like 16:9. Unless there's a hidden aspect setting somewhere I don't know how you'd fix it. It would sure be nice to be able to use the whole screen, that and the sluggish hands free phone performance are the main reasons I'd like to upgrade the radio.

Does anyone know what settings for diameter of a 37” tire should be programmed into the bcm? I’ve used a tire calculator and for a 37x13.5r20 says it should be set to 2951mm. The Speedo is showing we are going 60, but gps’s are saying 57ish-58. The guy wants it pretty close. We went up to 2960 and it’s still off by the same amount. I know we are talking mm here but just trying to get a good base number to get me close enough to be happy. Got the tpms stuff done just hanging in this tire circumference.

Which pac module? Everything I looked at says will not work with my 14
