Dealership needed to put new adjustable front ball joints on less than 10,000 miles ago, and for the last 8 months I was getting a squeaking noise in front that would come and go. This time the squeaking wouldn’t go away, narrowed it down to one of-ball joints they had installed. After doing some research they are Moog adjustables and they never put the grease fittings in the top off them. Witch in turn all water and dirt was going in ball joints. So after confronting dealership they replaced them. Now next part of story, after they replaced I happen to notice when they installed one of them they cross threaded the nut on top to the point there’s no threads. Contacted dealership again, said ya tech had to run a thread chaser on it and said it good! I said that’s ******** and unacceptable and they argued with me! Finally getting them to Replace it again! Look at pictures and tell me there wasn’t a issue with one of them!

I guarantee you the reason they argued with you is because it's a ***** to change those ball joints.

Well they finally fixed it correctly at least I think, but still argued there was nothing wrong with the way it was. Once again I told them unacceptable and what would happen in the future if I need to remove it. He looked at me and said why would you ever need to do that. With that quality of work and service don’t think be back again. Something that simple to do cost them 2 new new vehicle sales, and probably lost a lot more by people I have told about it
