how did you get out the fan caps (placed left and right at the doors)?

so whats the difference between dipping and painting how well does the dip hold up as per getting them painted just curious since theres so many companies dipping now.Been looking into this for about 6 months some companies clear them some dont is it hard like a paint can it be waxed. I know to have all my parts painted with px and cleared was like 200 seems dipping is more is that because it holds up better ot just because its patterns

they pop out i used a little flat screw driver or you can insert your finger into the vent area and pull carefully
