All my stuff is in the cab hidden behind different things in the dash. Its a very clean looking setup. Run the power wire through the fire wall, there are a few openings you can pull it through, then up in to the dash and out under the panel at the bottom by the cig lighter.

Holding up niceky, no carbon build up no issues with any connection problems. Remote is working fine. Had an issue right after I put it on and emailed raceland about it and got a whole new wiring harness, brain and remote shipped out to my door less than s week later free of charge.

Well I got three band clamps, then took a look under neath, YIKES!! I can take it apart all right, Trouble is I'm gonna lose a support bar. I suppose I can rig something up. I'm gonna need a 4 ft section from summit. 18.95$ not too bad, the clamps ran me 22.26$ The E- Cut out was 154.67 shipped. From Utah. All in all I should have this one wrapped up in an afternoon. (famous last words) lol.
Question can I use one of those chain cutters for pipe, for a nice clean cut?? I think I can rent one if it will work. It's either that or a sawsall, or other implement of mass destruction....But I don't wanna stress the system anymore than I have too.

Return that 4' piece of pipe. You don't need it.

Yah, I'm not gonna need it, I'm replacing a retro fit piece from the american thunder set up. It should fit perfectly, right before the muffler and in front of the resontor, Instead of jury rigging a hanger, I decided to keep the resonator ,it doesn't offer any back pressure imo.

Wait so you are putting the cutout before or after the resonator?

Well yeah, after the resonator, ( the 1st one). And right before the muffler. I've confused other people before, with this, But It seems my truck came with 2 resonators One after the y pipe, and one tucked under the axle by the tail pipe. And yes I do still have both catylitic convertors after the exhaust manifolds. If I lose the resonator I'll need the afore mentioned 4 ft section.:Stupid Me:

Most folks just cut out that little eggshaped resonater up front. It really kills the growl.

Don't put it there. Put it after the y.before the resonator and muffler. He whole point of the cutout.is to.free.up he system, not keep the same restrictions.

I was told the 1st resonator does not restrict the exhaust. I thought the cut out mainly takes out all the built up back pressure there by allowing more horse power. The growl would be a side effect that most people get the cut out in the first place. Like I said their is a hanger on the afore mentioned resonator, so I either rig one up or just put in the e-cutout. I suppose I could always try it first then cut it out later........That 4 ft section woul make a cleaner look, not that any one would see.............fml.
