I assume you meant powerstop? I've done both powerstop and EBC on cars. While powerstop are great brakes (probably my second favorite for performance), imo EBC edges them out due to more options and zinc plated rotors. While the powerstop red caliper package is nice, I'd consider it if they were available in black powder coating. EBC are typically more expensive as well, but I'm not too concerned about the price difference.Persoally I would use PowerShot, but will look forwArd to your review.
They're awesome brakes and allow alot of options to give you some trade offs as you can see from the graphs. They even have more options than those 3. But if you are budget conscious, I don't think you can beat powerstop imo.I did mean power stop. I really don't know much about EBC.
Brake dust is a big consideration for me because I like to keep my wheels clean and usually why I'll spend more. The ultimatmax are considered oem replacement. I put the graph below so you can compare to the ones I posted. The best brakes I've had for dust are akebono full ceramic, but they didn't last long and the stopping power wasn't the best, although better than stock. It's all a trade-off sort of deal. Ceramic tends to offer less dust, quieter, and dissipates heat better. Metallic creates more dust, but has more bite, which typically translates to more stopping power, dust, louder, and more wear on rotors. That's why you tend to see mixes of ceramic and semi metallic. I've even had brakes that were carbon fiber/semi metallic, can't remember from where, but those were dusty. My only experience with EBC is their Ultimax pads I put on my Saturn with their standard replacement rotors. One of the best pads I have ever used. Stopped great, no noise. Can't speak about how long they last cause I only had them for 6 months before I sold the car. My only complaint is they were dusty as hell. I'd wash the car, go to the store and the wheels will have a coating of dust. I hope that is cause they were the cheeper in the line up cause I plan to put them on the Ram when the time comes.

I'm actually leaning towards the yellow over orange for lower noise with the sacrafice of pad life. They're also $100 cheaper for pad and rotors. The orange seem to be marketed towards heavy duty towing, which I don't do. Curious to know any experience between the two or why you wouldn't want to perhaps chose one of the options.Based on the intel, I'd go with the Orange.
