Great set up!
I have been thinking that I would like to go with a Group 31 AGM in place of my current, call it, 2yr Odyssey H8 AGM.
I have been noticing a decline in its static voltage over the last 6 or so months. I have an app for my Drone system that also displays the voltage as its parked (checked with a meter and it is spot on in terms of accuracy). If it drops below 21.1V I get an alarm on my phone app.
My alternator is putting out 14.()+V when running, so I know its okay and charging properly.
I do however, have a 2100W system (properly done, with 5-farad digital capacitor, and with several additional grounds installed throughout the truck), Drone, Thinkware front & rear cameras, and a Compustar system as well.
So, lots going on there, and I realize that its likely now affecting the battery at the 2yr mark, and declining as a result.
I will say though, that when I upgraded to the H8 AGM and installed several new additional grounds my truck ran nicer and started crisper and quicker as well.
Advice on how (& what to use for materials) to nicely stuff a Group 31 AGM under my hood in the existing battery tray with as little f_rigg-er..y as possible.
Also, any differences between the marine grade Group 31 AGM you installed vs an Odyssey Group 31 AGM, to note.
