i have had the rattling and what helped me the most was sound deadening. another trick that helped me was putting some type of foam in front of the vents. UNBROKEN told me to use yoga mats and he said that hepled him alot. i already had some thick foam so thats what i used.

Hunting down rattles can drive people to drink. I sound deadened my entire back wall and floors and headliner and doors with butyl and that obviously helps a ton. But some frequencies in the 30-40hz range seem to produce resonances and it's annoying. My overhead console was buzzing something awful but a couple of sponges fixed that.

Another tip that everyone should do. If you take door panels off to sound deaden or other panels for that matter....do not use the old plastic screw fasteners. Once you take them out, they are never the same and lose their effectiveness for the most part. Buying dozens of new fasteners is super cheap and worth doing, just gotta plan ahead.
