I have a 2015 Ram 1500 Bighorn 4wd, 5.7 with 89,000 miles. Love the truck, great truck thus far. I have had both manifold studs replaced, pass side at 60k, driver side at 70k. I think towing makes this happen a little sooner then not towing. I purchased the high dollar lifetime warranty when I bought the truck. As far as I can tell, all studs and manifolds were replaced at the dealership. My son has a 2014 Ram Sport. I just replaced the pass side studs and manifold two months ago. The two back studs were broken off flush with the heads!! Utube the process using a washer/nut and welder, worked perfectly!! I'm interested in the shorty headers but don't want to void my warranty if something should arise.
Thoughts??
