headers and tuner ordered, now what ?

is their any other part of the exhaust or piping I should change ? I have a cat back flow master on their now, not sure what else or if their is any thing else under their I should order and change.

so- you have a cat-back and headers on the way, what about an intake?
letting the air out with less restriction goes hand in hand with letting the air in easier too.

possibly a Y pipe, but that's all I can think of.

ok sorry I should have informed every one this is how my truck sits so far, flowmaster cat back installed, kn cai installed.... headers ordered, trinity ordered.

so any thing else I need as far as piping goes for the exhaust or should I be good to go ? I would like to rip the muffler off and just delete that out of the equation lol

Moes 87mm ported throttle body will also allow more air along with the intake, edge torque converter along with Sheradon valve body for the tranny, cam swap, not sure what gears you have but possibly increasing, oil catch can, helwig sway bars.

I just installed the 85mm TB because I don't plan on headers quite yet and had noticeable performance gains in my throttle response and only took 10 minutes to install in the driveway and plan on doing catch can because of the amount of oil build up around my old TB.

Moe's has 85mm TBs for $299 and 87mm TBs for $349, which would be more for you with your mods. They flow more air, begin life as real MOPAR core parts so a dealer can't tell you changed yours, make a noticeable difference in throttle response and make power!
(Yeah, I don't have one yet but I've done my homework and look forward to putting an 87mm on a more stock truck than yours)

Sounds like a good set up, but like they said above get a Ported throtle body. If you go that route get a Oil catch can as well to help protect your vehicle. check this place out! Discount Auto Performance!, Everyday Low Prices

If you are looking into cams, I would get with the guys at Inertia and let them do a custom grind for your exact needs.

After seeing what happened to a member of another forum I am on go through Hell with them and a pair of heads I don't even want to mention their name. If you want some links to that fiasco then PM me. They will never get any business from me after all that and I hope others will follow suit.

My times and I can attest to this right here!!! Except I have a little bit of a difference in the torque converter.

Throttle body spacers have yet to be proven as a gain in our application.
(that's as positive/nice as I can be about them)
