Hey there y’all, I’ve got a question for the big brains here. I’ve done the seat/steering wheel swap in my 2018 tradesman 1500 (heated and cooled seats are in and power functions all work) but I’ve come across a weird issue. The inlinebody connector that I’m supposed to pin into for the heated steering is the HD one and not the 1500 one.
So at first I looked at pining into it as per the HD wiring specs..... no joy there as those locations already had something in them, so then I looked at going by the pinout(?) location number as per the 1500 diagram (yeah I know that would be unlikely to work but I’m desperate haha), anyways still no luck.
I’ve searched for wiring diagrams for hours to see where I should pin into but can’t find anything useful, hell I can’t find a single diagram all that’s relevant to 2018 models.
I’m hoping that someone here has come across this before or has a 2018 1500 specific wiring diagram on hand that they could snap a pic of or post a link to.
If my description is unclear I apologize, the brains a bit melted after reading and absorbing so much info about swapping things.
