I see so all you need is a atc sensor ,sun sensor and pin the atc harness into your connector at the hvac module .

68082364AC Is the lvds cable .
You need to make a small conversion harness for the new display screen which will allow you to plug your existing 8 way connector into it .

Do you have a part number for the connector?

Also, it looks like this kit will do the trick and allow me to plug in both the screen and HVAC module simultaneously although I don't think I've come across that in all the threads you guys posted on the upgrade in a 4th Gen (having both plugged in with a y cable)

Just another picture of my latest idea. The 12.1" has a chrome bezel all the way around it and the actual screen size appears to be nearly identical in width to the 8.4". My current idea is to utilize the 8.4" single zone bezel and volume control and cut away the top of an 8.4" bezel to slide the UAX screen behind it, then cap it with a 3D printed cover to enclose the circuit board and connecters near the top of the screen.

I just have it resting on a tablet mount to simulate the actual installed height but the screen itself would be about 3 inches back but at this same angle.

Looks like someone has done a lot of the tricky stuff for me. I'll likely be modifying this design to create the top cover for the radio and have it screw down in the factory position still to secure everything.

Also, I came across something that makes me think I'm not too off-base in getting this working. I had no idea the 12.1 radio was an option in 2016 Dodge Charger pursuit vehicles but it has a disassociated display and seperate HVAC controls (so BCM programming from the 2016 BCM I acquired likely has this ability).

Need a little help, tried tackling the 2016 BCM today but no matter what I try I cannot fit the BCM back into it's cubby (the old one coming out was quite a chore too)...

Anybody have any tips on this? Do I need to remove the parking brake bracket (if so how)?

Yep remove the park brake for sure .
Don’t need to remove the cable .
Just unbolt it and move to the side .
Thanks man, I was looking for instructions on how to remove it but couldn't find any. I see one bolt but I'd imagine it's more than that. Do you have any details you remember?

No worries, appreciate the assist! I took off work today to get this in and tested (a big part of that is the truck has no BCM and the easiest way to plug it in is to put it back in it's hole). I watched Boosted Motorsports video and thought "I got this" he did a lot of it holding a camera and didn't remove anything!

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction, there are three 13mm bolts that need to be removed to get the parking brake out. After that it's much easier to slide the BCM in/out. Now on to programming...

Got the new BCM in and programmed but I'm getting a "Service Airbag System" warning. I'm guessing the truck it came out of was in an accident that deployed the airbags? @skuppy069 , have you seen this when swapping BCMs?

I have not .Is your settings the same for the air bags in the bcm ?
Connect to bcm .
Clear the faults and see which ones come back .

Here are the relevant codes (I think I successfully got rid of the B222C in the BCM though

And here is what is popping in the Occupant Restraint Module...

So, if this error is literal and it is referencing the "vehicle line" of the BCM Config, I've found the problem but have no way of fixing it (I think)... "DS - RAM 1500" is the setting for 2016 BCMs and "DS" is the setting in the 2014 BCM.

When connected to the bcm make sure to set vehicle programmed status to yes
Did that and just did it again for good measure. Did you have a 2014-2015 when you were swapping BCMs?
