Scratch that. Just looked and the terminals loom a bit different. I can get one that fits, though. Just looking for conformation on what I shoild be seeing at that port.

Your on the green PDC connector correct? If you have 12v power with the key on, I'd say your ok. Maybe @MPGrimm2 can comment.

Here is a picture I took of my c7 connector. You can see slot 13 with the pk/yl wire in it. (We just happen to use a few of those slots for the heated seats)

Saw those pics and was expecting a pk/yl on slot 13. Imagine my surprise when I had nada. The question remains, though. Is this a hot on key constant or is it supposed to switch with the trans going to reverse?

Ok. Exactly what I have. Surprised they power the camera all the time. I'll get a terminal this weekend and continue on. Thanks, guys.

Thought I would post a pic of my PDC connector.

Also, Holy Hell. $28 for one PDC terminal? What's Mopar thinking? Time to go snag one from my local yard.

Thanks for the offer. Local yard gave me a pigtail. Even managed to get the right color. Now I ran into another issue. Can't read the numbers on the B5 connector. Looking at the drawing in the instructions. It looks like it's the grey
block, 4th slot. If so, no wire there either.

Get a magnifying glass make sure it's socket #45 , if there's not an Orange /Dk Blue wire there , no worries just plug the purple wire into the empty socket #45 , this purple wire circuit is only for the active gridlines .....nice to have for sure , but the camera system works fine without this wire hooked up .

Got the glass. Still hard to get up there, but the socket I thought was right, was. Plugged the wire in. Then down to the dealer for a flash. Then to explain that the first tech didn't finish the flash, added the code. Didn't reflash the entire truck after. Everything works as expected now. Thanks, everyone.

Help, after installing the back up camera, my screen is stuck. I did install the wires to the back of the radio wrong. I put them into 1,2, and 3. Now, it says uconnect and will not go any further. I have read through this thread (big thumbs up to everyone, lots of info). I see some other people have ran into this, but I am unable to find the solution. I disconnected the batt overnight, and no change. Any advise is appreciated.

RA2, dumb question.....how do you do a radio reset?
It's been a while since I've had my RA2 , but I believe it's in the settings menu .

If not try pushing the cool down arrow & the Hot up arrows at the same time for 5 -7 seconds .... see if you get a separate menu and look for a reset option there ...
Maybe MPGRIMM2 will chime in , he probably remembers how , because he is a geniuses

I believe you press the volume and tune buttons at the same time until it resets.

You really need to verify that you have the correct wires/colors at pins 1,2,3 per the post 26 http://www.ramforum.com/showthread.php?p=978566 (also linked in post 10). Disconnect the battery before making any changes.

And post a picture of the radio connector showing the wires.

Hi calibrat0690,

I am sorry to hear about this! One thing you could try is doing a soft reset of your Uconnect system:

1) Put your vehicle into the accessories mode (ACC or RUN) **For keyless start (push-button) vehicles: push the start button twice without having your foot on the gas or brake pedal**
2) Hold down the Phone and voice recognition buttons (or the volume and tuner buttons on your radio), at the same time, for thirty seconds
3) Let go of the buttons
4) Turn vehicle off
5) Open driver’s side door for thirty seconds
6) Close door
7) Restart vehicle
8) Let the media centre load up and see if concern is still present

If this doesn't work I would recommend visiting your dealership for further diagnosis. Let me know if you have any additional questions!

Here is a step by step version of a reset of the radio...

http://www.ramforum.com/showthread.php?p=1505301

But first as Mpgrimm2 said above first make sure you have the 3 wires inserted properly in the C-1 connector in sockets 31 , 32 & 33 .
For a reference of what color goes where see post 10 here .

Hope this helps !
