Instrument cluster Help!

Alright guys and gals i swapped led bulbs into my cluster last night on my 03 ram and this morning the tach and speedometer are malfunctioning they are sticking and not reading correct at all .. is there a fix or do i need to replace?

Might be a little late but when you were working on the cluster you never touched or pulled out the needles right? I haven't done any of this yet but I've heard that if you push the needles in too far they're good about sticking
