LED lighting

HI all I Just upgraded to a 16 Laramie from a 14 SLT I had installed some really bright led in the interior from JDMastars. Now the Laramie has LED interior BUT they are very weak comparatively has anybody swapped out the overhead lighting reguler to led or vice versa?

It can be done, but I hear it's a real pain in the butt. I believe the guy that did it had to pull down the headliner, cut some wires, and splice in new lights... something like that. I know he changed them to red. There is a write up somewhere.
