LED lights for visor lighting?

My wife was complaining about the lights in the vanity mirror on her visor the other day (she was trying to do makeup while I was driving - at night).

Now I know I can't expect a full makeup mirror bright light, but are these lights LEDS? Can they be converted to LED if they aren't? Anybody know what size?

This is for a 2017 Ram Sport.

The lights are onto LED on my 2013, but can be changed to them. Not sure the bulb number on the 2017, but mine is are #74, and you can find LED's on superbrightleds. There are some threads on this, so a search will explain how to change them as well. It is a very simple upgrade.

They're probably still the 74 bulb as those are the ones I used in my 15
The lenses come off similar to the map lights.
