I ordered my Westin running boards from a reputable truck part company and during the installation, they said the factory nut that is mounted behind the bracket broke on both sides and they can't tighten them to secure the stepups and they did not have the tools to remove the loose bolt/nut because it is behind the frame bracket. So I had to leave without my boards being installed and was told I need to go to the dealership. I have never heard of such a thing and Reading Truck Company said they have never had this happen to a newer vehicle before (only on older vehicles that had rust issues). Has anyone had a similar failure of the mounting parts of the Dodge 2022?
