I put this off as long as I could. :doublepuke:

Made a quick and dirty prototype. Kept it as simple as possible. It will bolt it directly to the frame.

I love aluminum for this sort of stuff.

The things we do to save tickets. :birgits_tiredcoffee

Parts for the Headache Rack are starting to trickle in. will try to button everything up under the truck today so I can put the flat bed back on and start building .

Bench tested this winch, Sound smoother then my X20 and its faster. lol... Will see how it performs under load.

For $320 for the winch, cradle and 0 gauge wire I cant complain.

I should rename my build from ****Box to Amazon Wearhouse deals build... ahhahahahah

Im also looking at those Marine battery boxes, Will make my install so much easier.

Make sure you get one big enough to handle at least a Group 34 battery, and if it says anything about being NHRA legal,it's usually got a heavier case.

Are you planning on decking it with diamond plate or sheet and steel or aluminum? And what’s your plan for the front of the flatbed?

Here is the final design of my Mudflaps I did today.

Thats a Stainless steel 1.5" .250 wall pipe. Will get it all powered coated with my headache rack. Nice to finally have quick detach mudflaps.
