RAM 1500 remote start shuts off very quickly

I have a 2019 (SLT Classic) Ram 1500 with Hemi 5.7 engine. I turn the engine on with the OEM remote starter, and the engine shuts off almost immediately. It has developed this issue very recently and has worked flawlessly since now. What can I do? It would be nice to have this feature to heat/cool the car in advance.

I’ve read it will do that if your low on fuel

It will do this if the low fuel light is illuminated, or if your check engine light is lit. What does the message say if you’re looking at the EVIC when it happens.

Well, it's actually my customer's car . I asked him "no fuel light or engine light and all doors and hood etc. are closed" and he said that everything is correct. I still think that his fuel level is low, but if the fuel level is low, if I remember correctly, it doesn't start at all? It is doing it consistently.

Extra key fob in the vehicle will cause this as well. Gotta' be something like this.

Remote Start Abort Message The following messages will display in the instrument cluster display if the vehicle fails to remote start or exits remote start prematurely:
• Remote Start Cancelled — Door Open
• Remote Start Cancelled — Hood Open
• Remote Start Cancelled — Fuel Low
• Remote Start Cancelled — System Fault
• Remote Start Disabled — Start Vehicle to Reset

The instrument cluster display message stays active until the ignition is turned to the ON/RUN position.

I have a Classic, but mine doesn't have the proximity key, so not sure an extra key inside will keep it from remote starting.

Did you see if any messages may be awaiting you in EVIC like those listed above?

Might be the battery, check the static voltage with the vehicle not running, It should be at/above 12.3V
Also check for how low the voltage goes when cranking, normally will stay above 11

Right. I just tried it. I don't have the prox fob either. Remote start works with one fob in the vehicle but not if that fob key is in the ignition.
Our other car won't start with the fob inside period.
