My RCX lift is going on the weekend thanks to Bully's performance getting me the lift so fast. I already run bilstein set at 2.8. I'm debating if I should just lower the bilsteins to 1.4 or if I should buy a rear spacer and keep them at max. Does anyone know or currently run either of these setups? Ill post pictures after its on too. As much input as possible would b great. And also can anyone recommend a good rear spacer and what size I should go with

Personally I would set your bilsteins at 1.4 this will keep you cv angels respectable and the ride will be much better than maxed at 2.8, however if you would like to keep running the 2.8 this is generally just fine, and if you need a rear coil spacer ReadyLift makes a great product and we would be more than happy to get a set on its way to you.

Thanks
Jeremiah

I've got a 1.5" spacer in rear by accident of the installation shop not paying enough attention. With just the rcx my truck had over 4" rake. I have since put on bilsteins at 2.1 because I think the 2.8" would be pushing the angles. I'm happy with my small rake because I think it looks sportier than the trucks with the front end up in the air. Personally I would have just had the Rcx if they hadn't left those spacers in the rear. Did bills because I can take the front end down to struts in about 20 minutes as opposed to messing trying to get the bigger coils out of the rear.

I have a 6" RCX with bilsteins at 1.4, the ride is nice but I still want my truck bugger! With those 38's I say stick with 2.8 and go with the rear spacer

I just put a RCX 6" on last week and I have a 1" rake right now, BUT I am waiting my rims and tires to show up hopefully tomorrow or Wednesday. The rake is with the stock 17's (Outdoorsman) and stock tires

I like the height of 6" RCX and maxed bilsteins but it is slightly stiff and my angles are a bit high. Let's say it can be done and you probably won't have any problems with it but if I was to do it again, I'd probably run the bilsteins at 1.4" and use no rear spacer. I currently have 1.5" rear coil spacers, maxed bilsteins and a rake of 0.75".

Exactly how I have mine. 1.4 Bilsteins and I will be removing my 1" spacers in the rear as I'm getting a popping/creaking sound now and hate it
LOL

My bad that's what I meant. I have my truck leveled (lift soon..right FnU?) and it had 1" of rake measured...but to the eye it had the Cali lean. These trucks need a bit of rake in my opinion. Not like stock, but not a "measured" level. I had to add a 3/4" spacer in the rear to get mine to look right. Put it up in the air 6"'s and it would be the same.
