Anyone know this button on the right? It looks like it's for a rear defroster but my back window doesn't have those grid lines.

It's actually for the heated center console compartment..so you can have a hot lunch once you reach your destination..
More details are in the owners manual on page 12 as the unit only works on weekends, but not during the week while commuting to work. The feature is tied into the GPS of the NAV system and Google will send you email notifications as they monitor calorie content and weight of said lunch if you have not burned off enough energy before restarting the vehicle after lunch.
